Membership

We are a club for boat owning members to enjoy water skiing and wakeboarding and our membership fees are highly competitive !

Our fees comprise:

  • Joining‘ fee – a one off fee to cover set up and issue of your gate security card
  • Management‘ fee to belong to the overall Watersports Club
  • Activity‘ fee for water skiing and wakeboarding
  • BWSW‘ (British Water ski and Wakeboard) affiliated member fee to renew your Ski Boat Drivers licence, Personal Accident cover and access to the many BWSW benefits and discounts

All members who wish to drive a boat on the Lake must hold a BWSW Ski Boat Driver Level 2 licence. If required we can arrange for tests to be taken at the lake by our in-house examiner at a heavily discounted rate.

You are then free to use the Ski lake as frequently as you want at no extra cost on all days apart from a few weekends and evening restrictions detailed in the Latest Ski Calendar

Please have a look at our membership fees below then download our membership form and email back to us at the address shown on the form. We will then email an invoice for payment and make arrangements for your first visit to the club. PLEASE NOTE MEMBERSHIP IS NOT CHARGED PRO-RATA and all memberships renew 1st April.

Storage is available and invoiced in April at £180 for the Summer season (15/4 to 15/10) and a further £180 invoiced in October if storage is then required over winter.

You can use your own boat on the lake for no additional annual charge but there is a ‘one off’ boat registration fee of £50
The boat will need to be suitable for use on the lake so please contact us with details to check
